On the 1st of July Aquaplanet sponsored Frank Water’s Stand-Up For Safe Water Fundraiser at the Bristol harbourside, and what a day it was. It was filled with joy, laughter and a community coming together to help raise awareness and money for those in need. Frank Water, our newest partner, is a dedicated charity who help source clean water, usable toilets and better hygiene for marginalised communities.

The Aquaplanet crew joined 23 other incredible teams and had so much fun competing in the nail biting knock-out SUP relay race, which helped raise some well needed money for the charity. Our Aquaplanet team were unbiasedly remarkable on the water, however taking the trophy home was the Skylarks who blew everyone out of the water. Everyone was exceptional on the day however our paddler of the day had to be the green teletubby (Mr Martin Tucker), who really pulled it out the bag by showing some remarkable teamwork and enthusiasm towards the end of the day.

The donations from the day were so well received and it was incredible to see that those who helped donate were able to raise just over a whopping £13,000, and it's still going!

Donations for Frank water are always appreciated, and there are still other ways you are able to join in. You can check out how you can get involved below.
