Bottom of back supports bows out after a few uses making it useless. Save your money on this type of seat.
Store owner replied: Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The Kayak Seat connects to your SUP with Clips that fit onto the D-Rings on the side of your paddle board. There are 2 that are secured behind the seat and 2 that are secured in front. The straps are adjustable so that you can tighten or loosen the tension to hold the seat in place. There is no fixed connection point under the rear base of the seat, as generally, the paddler sits on the seat and this holds it in place. If you are finding that the back of the seat is not supportive, it could be that the straps need adjusting to fit this in a better position. I hope that this helps, but if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with our Customer Service team. Kind regards Aquaplanet Customer Service
It’s great.,
Used this for the first time at the weekend and it was brilliant! So easy to attach and store on the SUP board when not using. I had a day on the river and just swapped back and forth with SUPing and kayaking. Definitely recommend and looking forward to using on the sea which is what I primarily bought it for.
Grandchildren very excited
The Kayak Seat was not as I was expecting it to be, although robust for its purpose, the manufacture of the seat could be better. Overall, it does the job. Aquaplanet have provided excellent services and support.
Given the photo shows the seat and paddle converter bit, I had thought that came with it. It would be better I think just to show the seat if that’s all you get.
