Shipping FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

For orders placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday, these will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed for shipping the next day. 
No orders are processed and shipped on a Weekend (Saturday/Sunday). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, will be shipped on a Monday.

*please note that no orders are processed on UK bank holidays

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping across the UK. 
Standard delivery usually arrives in 1-3 working days
For orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, most deliveries will take 2-5 working days
 
Free standard delivery is available on orders over £30.
Delivery charge of £4.99 applies to orders under £30

Next Day delivery charge £9.99*
Saturday delivery charge £14.99*
*Next Day delivery and Saturday delivery is only available to UK mainland addresses.

For orders to Northern Ireland and Isle of Man - there is a charge of £5.99

For orders to Jersey & Guernsey  - there is a charge of £19.99

Do you offer international shipping?

We have limited international options shown at checkout. 
Any orders shipped outside of the UK are liable for import and duty charges.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

From time to time we may have items available to purchase on pre-order. The pre-order expected ship date will be shown on the product page to give you an idea of when to expect your order. 

If you place an order for a pre-order item along with other products, the order will be shipped all together when the pre-orer item is available. Consider placing separate orders, if you want other items sooner.

Return FAQs

What is your return policy?

You can return your item to us within 60 days, if you want to return your product unused.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and be in a condition suitable for resale.

Should you choose to return your new product, you will only have to pay for the return of your board; either at your own cost or we can deduct a cost of £30 (per package) from your refund and arrange a return. 

Please note this charge is for standard mainland UK addresses only, for paddleboard kits. Lower charges will apply to smaller items. Higher charges may apply to addresses in the Highlands, Channel Islands, off shore, Overseas or areas where our courier will charge more to collect from.  Please check with us at the time of your return enquiry.

If there is a fault with the item, this will be dealt with under the warranty.

What if I have a faulty item?

Sometimes things go wrong and we are here to help if this does happen. In the first instance, if you have found a fault with your product, we would ask that you send us an email with your order details and some pictures to show the issue. We will then be able to assess the best way to resolve this - support@aquaplanetsports.com

What happens if I have got the wrong item?

Uh oh! Sometimes we make a mistake, we are human after all. If this does happen to you, please let us know straight away and we can arrange to have the incorrect item returned, and get the correct one to as soon as we can. 

What does your warranty cover?

We offer a 1 year manufacturing warranty on most of our products. For our latest models, we do offer a 3 year manufacting warranty on these paddleboards. For further details, please check out our warranty pages.
