Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Aquaplanet Ltd, located at Brewery, Toll Bridge Rd, Bath BA1 7DE.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2. Employees of Aquaplanet Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.3. By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Online Entry: Place an order over £30 on the Aquaplanet website to receive a free entry into the draw. This will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
3.2. Purchase Entry: Additional entries can be purchased for £5 each via the Aquaplanet website. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can purchase.
3.3. Postal Entry: To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard with your full name, postal address, email address, and phone number to:Aquaplanet Competitions,Brewery,Toll Bridge Rd,Bath BA1 7DEOnly one postal entry per person is allowed. Postal entries must be received by 30th June 2025 to be included in the draw.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competition opens on 1st June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 30th June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. Prize Details
5.1. The prize consists of £500 in Aquaplanet store credit, which can be used to purchase any products available on the Aquaplanet website, including paddle boards, kayaks, and accessories.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
6.2. The draw will take place at 2:00 PM on 1st July 2025.
6.3. The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
6.4. The promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before awarding the prize.
7. Marketing & Data Protection
7.1. By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Aquaplanet Ltd.
7.2. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting Aquaplanet Ltd.
7.3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties.
8. General Terms
8.1. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
8.2. The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, incomplete entries, or delays beyond its control.
8.3. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
