How long does shipping take?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location. You can find more details about our shipping policy on our Shipping & Delivery page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and the option to pay via direct banking app, for secure and convenient payment. 

We also provide some credit options at checkout so you can split the ost over a longer period.

Klarna: allows you to split the payment into 3 over a 3 month period

Super, Pay Later: provides options for you to Pay in 3 (interest free) or you can spread the cost up to 24 months (charges may apply)

Can I get a discount?

Any deals or offers that are currently running will be shown on our website, or our email subscribers will have been sent an email. 

We do not offer a Bluelight discount.

You can sign up to our newsletter to receive emails in the box at the bottom of the page.

What is a pre-order?

If an item has been popular and we have sold out before we can get more stock, we will make this available to purchase on pre-order. 

This means that you can order and pay for the item, and as soon as it arrives with us, it will get shipped out to you. 

Timescales on delivery for these items will vary, but details will be shown on the product page when you order. You will be charged when you place the order, not at the time it is shipped. 

How can I cancel / change an order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update this prior to the order being dispatched.

If the order has already been processed in the warehouse, it may not be possible to change before dispatch. If it is an address that needs updating, sometimes it can be changed by you, with the courier directly. 

During opening hours (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm), give us a call. Otherwise email us with your order number and the requested changes so we can action.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes, we have gift cards available to purchase - under the accessories tab

These are e-cards, where you will be emailed a unique code as soon as you have made the purchase. If you would like this to be sent directly to someone else, you would need to enter their email address at checkout. 

Alternatively, enter your email, then forward this on - or print off the email to gift to them directly.

A product is out of stock or coming soon - when will this be available?

If we do not have stock of an item, this will show as 'coming soon' on the website.

As soon as we have any updates on timescales for availability, this will be noted in the description on the product page. 

Where can I try one of your boards?

We do not have any physical stores for you be able to view our paddleboards but there are quite a few Aquaplanet SUP owners who are on social media. You could try reaching out to a local paddle group and seeing if there is anyone who owns the model you are looking at purchasing. 

From time to time, we may arrange pop up events local to the South West. If we do this, details will be made available on our Facebook and Instagram.
